Jerry, Laurie, Andrea, Claudia and families--Leon and I were shocked and greatly saddened to come home to find that Helaine had died. We are so sorry for your loss and also regret that we could not be there to offer our support at services. While we have not seen each other in some years, we remember with fondness all of the years we did share and the ways in which Helaine was part of that too. May you find great solace and comfort in having had such a loving person in your lives, one who was accomplished in her own right, who championed worthy causes, and who brought her insights into her profession of being of help to others.
