Theresa M Manziano

Theresa M Manziano, 95, of Mountainside, passed away at her home surrounded by her family, on September 24, 2024.

Born in the Bronx, NY, Theresa lived in Jersey City before moving to Mountainside in 1983 and was a devoted member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Mountainside.

She enjoyed travelling and tending to her beautiful garden. Theresa was an avid reader and enjoyed her many visits to the Mountainside Public Library for new reading material and visits with the many librarians.

She most enjoyed being with her loving family, whether  it was for holiday celebrations, big family dinners or just regular visits.

The afternoon ice cream socials with the great grandchildren were always a special treat. They called her “Great”

Theresa was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward Manziano and her two brothers Ralph Noha and Edward Noha.

She is survived by her children, Michael & Carol Manziano & John & Diane Manziano; grandchilren; Nicole & husband John Flecca & Louis Manziano & Stephanie Somogyi; great grandchildren; Giovanna & Michael Flecca & Aston, Sloane & Kam Miller.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 3-7pm at the Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave, Westfield, NJ.  Mass of Christian burial will be on Monday at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Mountainside, with interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery.
