Roberta R. Grecco

Roberta “Bobbie” Grecco, 94, of Westfield, New Jersey passed away February 19, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. She was born January 17, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York to Thomas and Mae Vinci.

Bobbie is survived by her children, Frank Grecco (Kristin), Robert Grecco, and Allison Grecco Sorace (David); her grandchildren, Frank Grecco Jr. (Cristin), Alexandra Fox (Jonathan), Samantha Grecco (Raul), Alexis Sorace (Nathan), and Nicholas Sorace; her great-grandchildren, Ava, Iris, Henry, Leo, and Luke; and many nieces and nephews.

Bobbie is predeceased by her husband Frank Grecco Sr. and daughter Mila Grecco Dietze (Bill).

Bobbie loved to travel and to garden, serving as a 50–year member of the Rake and Hoe Garden Club. She was also a wonderful cook—most famous for her sauce—and had a discerning eye for fashion and decorating. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield on Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 4 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Helen's RC Church in Westfield on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 11:30 AM. Entombment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
