Robert T Hughes

Robert T. Hughes, 75, of New York, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2025. He is survived by his son Keith, son Justin and his wife Fatima, and daughter Blair and her husband Kevin. He was blessed with five grandchildren, Lucas, Ella, Quinn, Reese and Laila. He is predeceased by his parents Albert and Dorothy.

Robert graduated from NYU and earned his living in the banking industry, spending most of his career at Citibank. In his free time, Robert spent his time enjoying Yankee games and always looked forward to attending the US Open each August.  

Robert always had the ability to find humor in any situation, even through his final weeks; a trait that brought comfort to his children in difficult times. He will be missed by his family and those who knew him. 

A celebration of his life will be held privately for close family.
