Margaret Gonnella Obituary

Margaret J. Gonnella (nee DiLorenzo), passed away peacefully in her home on
December 4, 2020 in Mountainside, New Jersey at the age of 97. Margaret was
preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Michael Gonnella.
Born in Cranford, New Jersey, she received her high school degree from Cranford
High School.

Margaret was a gift to anyone who had the pleasure to meet her. She was known for
her kind words, generosity and strength of character. She was an incredible mother
and is survived by her devoted children, Anthony Gonnella (Patricia), Norma Jean
Friend, Michael Gonnella Jr. (Jan) and Thomas Gonnella (Deirdre); beloved
grandchildren, Michael Gonnella, Todd Gonnella, Lauren Friend, Lauren Jankunas,
and Tyler Gonnella, and great-grand children, Gina and Giuliana.

Services for Margaret will be held privately.
