Jesse Boyden

Jesse Boyden passed away in his Kenilworth, NJ home on July 6, 2022 at the age of 33. A state champion wrestler and graduate of David Brearley High School, Jesse is remembered for his drive, determination, and huge smile.

In high school, besides his many wrestling achievements, Jesse also earned All-State Football honors his junior and senior years while a member of the 2006 N2G1 State Championship team and was an outstanding scholar as a member of the National Honor Society.  He worked hard to accomplish every goal he set his mind on achieving.  He loved to read and always had a wealth of his favorite quotations to share about life.  Over the years, Jesse most loved working with young athletes; he had such a caring way with them and strived to help them love what they were doing and be the best versions of themselves.  Jesse will be missed by everyone who knew him. 

He is survived by his parents Carol and George, sister and brother-in-law Dawn and Blaze Horling and their two children, aunt and uncle Shirley and Robert Maxwell, aunt Susan Messina, uncle Michael Trilli, grandfather Frederick Rabey and wife, and all of his loving cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022, from 4-8 pm, at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home located at 582 Springfield Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090.
