James Bardwil Obituary

James Joseph Bardwil was born May 17, 1964, in Rahway, NJ. With a distinguished educational background beginning with Xavier High School, he received a BS degree from Boston University and his MBA at Strayer University. He also achieved the highest level of IT certification as a PMP.

He spent a career in telecommunications and information technology, most recently having opened his own firm, eProjects Solutions. He was also an active member of the Professional Service Group of Central New Jersey.

He was a proud Roman Catholic and was active in the music ministry as a drummer in several prominent central NJ parishes. He loved spending time with his daughter, Brianna, his family and many friends. He was known for his kindness, generosity and helping nature to all those around him. Lesser known was his love of sailing, rock music and Godzilla.

He was the son of the late Joseph Bardwil and was predeceased by his brother Joseph Jude. He is survived by his daughter Brianna, mother, Valerie (Pavilonis); sister Anita (Bardwil) and brother-in-law, Kevin O’Malley, of Colts Neck, NJ; brother David Bardwil of Cream Ridge, NJ; sister, Joanna Bardwil and fiancé, Jerry Podgorniak of Safety Harbor, FL., and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Michael's RC Church In Cranford.
