James "Jim" Balmann was a dedicated husband and father. He died peacefully at home on February 23, 2023.
He was married for 69 years on January 3, 1953. His wife Anna Balmann died on January 19, 2022.
He had 2 daughters, Norine Balmann Gotsch; she died January 20, 1989. He leaves behind a daughter, Debra Balmann. He has many brothers and sisters and many neices and nephews.
He loved to go deep sea fishing and crabbing.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 1 and Thursday, March 2 from 4 to 8 PM at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield, NJ. Funeral service is on Friday, March 3 at 10 AM at the funeral home.
