Eileen Morris

Eileen Morris went home!
Eileen passed away peacefully Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the age of 83. Eileen emigrated from County Kerry, Ireland, to the Bronx NY.  She is preceded by her husband Robert. She is survived by her siblings Mary, Bridget, and Lawrence. She is lovingly remembered by her three children; Kevin , Patrick and Coleen and her grandchildren Brian, Lauren, Allison, Kayla, Liam, Abigail, Caitlin and her son in law Edward. She also is survived  by several nieces and nephews. In addition to living in the Bronx, Eileen resided in Bayonne and Hillside, NJ. Eileen was a member of the Bayonne Irish American association.
She worked for ATT and as a crossing guard for Hillside PD. Eileen had a very social personality, a good sense of humor and was a great storyteller. She enjoyed teaching CCD, being a lecturer and Eucharistic minister in several churches. Eileen had an exceptional gift of faith that inspired many. Eileen was a devoted wife, a loving Mother, a spoiling Grandmother,  and a compassionate friend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking them places. Eileen will be interred at Saint Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx, NY. Eileen will be missed by all that knew her.                                                      In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Alzheimer's Association.
