Obituary

Ms Delia I Vialat, 96 years old, of Hillside, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2022 at Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ. 
Viewing will be at Higgins and Booner 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield, NJ 07090 on Wednesday, June 8th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.There will be a funeral mass on Thursday June 9th at, Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church 1000 North Broad Street, Hillside, NJat 10:00 a.m.  

If you would like to join the funeral procession from the funeral home to the church, please meet the family at 9:00 am at the funeral home. 

Delia Vialat was born in Habana, Cuba and emigrated to the United States in 1969 and lived in New Jersey until her death.

She is survived by her devoted children Delia Vialat and Barbara Vialat her loving sister Adolfina Fernandez and her precious grandchildren Giovanni Duran and his wife Lorraine Duran, Brandon Arias and Tyler Arias and great grand children Aaron Duran, Gavin Duran and Megan Duran. She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Delia is predeceased by her loving husband Julio Vialat (2010), and herbrother Rogelio Gonzalez, sisters Elodia Lago, Georgina Calle, Irma Diaz and Aida Gonzalez

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dementia Society of America or plant a tree in memory of Delia I. Vialat, please visit our floral store.
