Barbara Costine

Barbara Joyce Costine passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 8th, 2019. She is survived by the love of her life, her beloved husband William of 49 years, and her loving daughter Allison. She is also survived by her dear brother Jack Saxer and his wife Annette.
