Antonietta Frasca

Antonietta Frasca was born on June 8, 1937 in Ragusa, Sicily. She passed away on April 10,
2021 at the age of 83 surrounded by her family. The second of six children, she is survived by
her brother Giorgio ad his wife Tonia, sister Rosetta and husband Vito, sister Salvatrice and her
sisters-in-law Margherita and Maria. Antonietta was predeceased by her brothers Vincenzo
and Saro and brother-in-law, Carmelo. She was a loving and proud aunt to fourteen nieces and
nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. Antonietta immigrated from Italy to
America in 1972. She was a master in the kitchen and expressed her love for her family through
her cooking and baking. Her specialty was her Sicilian “scaccia”. She enjoyed watching sports-
her favorites were Italian soccer and American football. Her beautiful personality touched
many and made a lasting impression. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 13th at 10:00
AM at St. Helena’s Church in Edison.
