Phyllis A. McLeod

Philomena (Phyllis) Ann McLeod passed peacefully from this earth on November 11, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was a proud first generation American born on October 19, 1928 to Rose and Gerald Nocciolo in Newark,New Jersey. Phyllis grew up in a loving, Italian family, the youngest of seven siblings Rocky (Cassano), Gerald, Anthony, Rafaela (Faye),Ernest and Albert. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Ramon McLeod and their three children Ramon, Jr., his wife Patricia, Robert and Karen McLeod, seven grandchildren Lauren Taylor, Graham McLeod, Everett McLeod, Robert McLeod, Katie McLeod, Julie Buonaguro and Jennifer Buonaguro, and two great grandchildren, Jackson Taylor and Henry McLeod. Phyllis was a devoted wife, loving mother and a friend to all she met. There is a viewing on Friday, November 15, 4 to 8 pm and funeral services on Saturday, November 16 at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Avenue, Westfield, NJ.
