Joseph W. Brisick

Title Representative and Musician

Joseph W. Brisick passed away on Thursday, May 30th at home surrounded by his dear friends Fred and Faye Gordon. He was born in Newark, NJ and was a resident of Springfield at the time of his death. He lived in Beaver, PA while growing up and loved the area and its residents.

He enlisted in the Coast Guard at the age of 17 and saw action during World War II. He served aboard the USS Bayfield, a Coast Guard attach transport Flagship on Omaha Beach on D-Day and took part in the invasion of France.

He was a graduate of Seton Hall University and spent the next 60 years as a Company Representative for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

He was an active musician, having his own band that played for President Ronald Reagan. He played tenor saxophone and was a rated musician in the U.S Coast Guard. Joe will be missed by his many good friends.
