D. Blake Gabbett

D. Blake Gabbett, 80, of Clark, passed away on July 28, 2019.  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Mr. Gabbett was an executive with Chubb and Son for thirty-five years.  He was also an avid tennis player.  Mr Gabbett was born in Staten Island and prior to moving to Clark, lived in Boynton Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife, Maureen (Denny) Gabbett, his daughter, Jennifer B. Nichols and her husband Eric, his son, Andrew B. Gabbett and his wife Amanda, his three grandsons, Preston, Wesley and Henry and his brother, Keith W. Gabbett.
