Nancy Ann Diziki

On Friday, March 24, 2017, heaven gained an angel Nancy Ann Diziki, 72 years old, of Cranford.  She died at home with her husband and soul mate, Robert (Bob) Diziki, of 50 years, as he held her hand and promised to meet her again in the afterlife. 

She was surrounded by her children and grandchildren until her final moments.  Nancy is survived by her husband Robert Diziki and  her sister Patricia McMahon ( husband Peter) of Glen Rock,N.J.She was predeceased by Joyce Brosius and husband Peter(George) of Allentown, PA. Nancy's children include Kara Wilson and husband Glen of New Providence, Robert Diziki and wife Dana of Westfield and Audra Graham of New Providence. She was extremely proud of her grandkids who include Matthew and Kayleigh Wilson; Ben and Alexa Diziki;and Owen , Austin and Jaeden Graham.

Nancy Diziki was born to parents Anna Korch and Conrad Yaniszyn of Bayonne, NJ on March 9, 1945.  She graduated from Bayonne High School.  She worked at Esso in Linden, NJ as well as William H. Malone Insurance Company and Union County College in Cranford, NJ.  However, the accomplishment that brought her the greatest joy was being a mother and raising her three children.  She was an avid book lover, reading as many as 5-8 books in a week, and enjoyed crossword puzzles.  She enjoyed walking in Nomahegan Park with her husband, kids and grandkids.  She loved family beach vacations for numerous years in Long Beach Island, and more recently, trips to Lake Placid and Lake George.  She could always be seen at The Cranford Pool in the summer.  Nancy was known for her down-to-earth personality, sense of humor, and a kind heart.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, April 1 at Higgins & Bonner at 582 South Springfield Ave. in Westfield, NJ.  The visitation is 12 noon-3 p.m. including a brief prayer service beginning at 2:30 p.m.  All are welcome to attend and honor Nancy’s life.
