My sincere condolences to the extended Gervino family. I had the pleasure of meeting Jean at an Arbitration Forums Board trip; Elena is a wonderful Board Member.
Jean was a lovely person and it was great seeing the sisters laughing and having fun together. We all couldn't help but join in the fun too.
