Anthony Mandala

Anthony Mandala, III, of Elizabethtown PA passed suddenly in his home on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the age of 55.  He was born in East Orange NJ and raised in Newark NJ.   He is survived by a son, Nicholas, of Elizabethtown PA , and was about to be a grandfather to a little girl for the first time early next year.  Anthony is survived by sisters Karen Baylock (John) and Deborah Martin (Michael) and a brother, William (Jennifer), as well as many nieces and nephews.   Anthony had been a copier technician for IKON and XEROX for many years, as well as an expert auto mechanic, a life guard and limo driver throughout his years.   He will be remembered as a very kind, big-hearted, loyal and loving person who brought smiles and laughter to everyone he met.  He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, martial arts, fiddling with his computer, fiddling with any mechanical object and making an occasional cheesecake.    We will all miss him very much and treasure his memory.   Viewing at Higgins and Bonner at 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield NJ 07090 on Wednesday, November 9 from 5-9 PM, and Thursday Services  10:30;  interment at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield on Thursday, November 10, 2016 following services.
